In the event that you receive a damaged item, please notify our customer service team immediately via email at info@shopurbancultureapparel.com within three days of receiving the item(s). Our customer service team will then review your claim and make a decision. Please be aware that return authorizations will only be processed through email, and we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting order inquiries via Instagram or Facebook.
